    yes, Hurricane Ike was quite a storm. There are still houses with blue tarps on the roof.

    Ike was a real pest for sure. I would imagine that the billboards would be some of the last things to be fixed. My hunt is up here.

    Yes it is mostly there, but the advertisement was for a newspaper that was last published in April 1995. With Hurricane Ike hitting September 2009

    Billboards actually were starting to get fixed up the following week. This particular billboard was on of the first to get fixed especially since the advertisement was for a newspaper that was last published in April 1995. With Hurricane Ike hitting September 2009

    I know exactly what you mean….we still have some damaged billboards from Katrina. Not to mention whole neighborhoods.
