Hey You Kid! You Are Very Good, You Cannot Play Anymore!

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — Nine-year-old Jericho Scott is a good baseball player — too good, it turns out. The right-hander has a fastball that tops out at about 40 mph. He throws so hard that the Youth Baseball League of New Haven told his coach that the boy could not pitch any more.
So basically because someone is good at pitching he can’t pitch anymore? I call bullcrap, what would they say to Babe Ruth or Hank Aaron? From what I understand none of the kids are complaining, it is only the parents. I am tired of this crap.
Here is what I believe is the problem, I believe that this started with all this political correctness crap. You can’t hurt his feelings, you can’t have winners or losers. Come on get the bleep over it. If you don’t want your kids to be challenged, to learn how to compete, then don’t let them play. These are the people that do not want to keep score, they don’t want winners or losers, I say “Get get get over it.” I am tired of these cry babies they are what is wrong with America.

I heard that a possible reason that they wouldn’t allow Jericho to pitch was that he plays for a rival of the defending champion. The defending champion is also sponsored by someone with ties to the league officials. The situation could be quite complex.
