Stories of ACE wrote a nice post about my blog. I appreciate her post. Her blog is well written, and has a simple design. While reading her blog I came across a post that she wrote that that I really liked, it was entitled Online friends. I completely agree with the part where she says:
If they don’t respond, I sometimes wonder why. They are not at their desk? They don’t want to talk to me? Whatever it is, a response, even if it’s “sorry, I’m busy, can’t talk”, or “sorry, I’m not in the mood to talk to you” is better than a rude silence.
I apologize for the delay in getting this post up for her as promised. I had things come up at work, and couldn’t get to a computer that I could blog from. Again I want to thank her for the blog post, it was well written.

I can see your point and largely agree; however I caution anyone against getting irritated if someone doesn’t reply. What if they left their IM on and aren’t at their computer? What if there is a technical difficulty and the message didn’t come through? What if the boss is standing there? You really just need to give someone the benefit of the doubt in cases like that; unless perhaps it is a consistent problem with that person.

BTW - site’s looking good, though it loads very slow at work for some reason.
